Purpose and legal basis

We use your confirmed request and contact details to consider the task and take steps you request before a possible engagement. We use our legitimate interests in answering other enquiries and securing the service for correspondence and security logs. The form starts no paid work and makes no automated decision about accepting work.

D.AI conversation

When you start the D.AI chat, your first task message and subsequent conversation messages are sent to an AI model: Anthropic’s Claude, or BigModel’s GLM if Claude is unavailable. D.AI uses Daniil’s published service information and working approaches to discuss the task. It has no access to your website, accounts, our private inbox or private client records. The email and optional name collected by the chat are saved separately for the request, rather than sent to the model. You can also contact Daniil directly by email. An AI reply is not Daniil’s assessment or acceptance. AI processing takes place outside the EEA, in the United States (Anthropic) and China (BigModel); ask Daniil for recipient and transfer details.

Delivery and recipients

Your request is stored on servers Daniil manages and forwarded to his private work inbox through Telegram. Daniil and these service providers process the data needed for storage, delivery and reply. Email replies go through a mail server Daniil manages. Telegram’s cloud messaging and international group processing are described in its privacy policy.

Network providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides the network proxy, security and HTTPS service. Its processing terms describe international processing and standard contractual safeguards for relevant transfers. This site does not promise that all provider processing stays in the EEA. You can ask Daniil for information about recipients and safeguards.

What you provide

When you use the task form, we process your message, the summary you confirm, your email address, an optional name and your reply or time preference. A conversation transcript is included in the submitted request only if you choose that option. With the request we also save how your visit began: the first page you opened here, the kind of site that sent you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant, never its address) and any campaign tags on that link, which your browser keeps in tab-session storage until the tab is closed. Please do not send passwords, API keys or private customer data.

What happens after submission

The site saves your confirmed request and issues a reference. It then queues delivery to Daniil’s private inbox. A saved request does not mean Daniil has received or read it. The page shows separately when delivery is confirmed. No paid work starts through the form.

Storage and retention

The service uses a session cookie to keep your draft and request together. Your browser also keeps unsent text, email and optional name in tab-session storage so they can be restored after a page refresh. Local browser storage keeps event markers, including a request reference, to avoid counting the same action twice; these remain until you clear this site’s browser data. Page visits and saved-request events use the consent choices described below; task content and contact details are not included in those events. Unsent drafts on the server expire after seven days without activity. The working conversation is removed 24 hours after submission; the submitted request keeps the confirmed summary, contact and any transcript you opted to include. We manually review request data for deletion 12 calendar months after the last confirmed contact. Necessary data may be kept longer for ongoing work or legal obligations. Copies in internal tools, correspondence and backups are reviewed separately; deleting a Task request does not itself delete those copies.

Security and hosting logs

Our hosting and proxy infrastructure records network information such as your IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser and referring page for security and troubleshooting. These logs are separate from your task messages and from analytics tracking.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact next@taskfordaniel.com. You may complain to Spain’s AEPD or another competent supervisory authority.

Measurement and your choices

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page visits and requests saved by the receiving service. Daniil’s site and Task for Daniel use the same analytics stream; permitted cross-domain measurement can connect a visit between them. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics storage defaults to denied until you choose; Google may receive cookieless measurement and consent signals before that. Elsewhere analytics is enabled by default, and you can opt out using cookie settings. Your choice is stored in cookie-consent in this browser separately on each site. No advertising tags are loaded. Analytics event parameters exclude task text, summaries, contact details and request references; measured page URLs keep campaign tags (utm_* parameters) and the Google Ads click identifier (gclid), but no other query parameters or fragments. Google processes technical visit data under its privacy terms, including international processing. GA4 event and user data retention is set to 14 months, with user retention renewed by new activity; this is not a deletion schedule for aggregate reports or task requests.
