daniilmaximkin.com is the personal site of Daniil Maximkin, an independent web analytics and conversion tracking consultant. Content here — articles, methodology pages, knowledge-base entries — is informational. It explains how tracking problems generally get diagnosed and fixed; it isn’t a guarantee about what will happen with your specific setup, and reading it doesn’t create a client relationship or an obligation on either side.
How engagements actually work
Paid work is contracted individually, in writing — either through a direct agreement or through Upwork’s own contract terms — before anything paid begins. Prices published on this site (for the Health Check, the fix it scopes, and other services) are indicative starting points. The fix’s price is a fixed number, set out in writing in your Health Check report.

Liability
I put real effort into the accuracy of what’s published here, but general content on this site isn’t a substitute for a scoped engagement, and I’m not liable for decisions made — or losses that follow from them — based solely on reading a page rather than commissioning the actual diagnosis. For paid engagements, liability is limited to what’s agreed in that engagement’s own written contract, not open-ended beyond it.
