Tracking symptom checklist

Tick the symptoms your store is showing. Each is a reason to compare your reports with real orders, not proof that tracking is broken. Each links to a diagnostic guide to help you distinguish a normal difference from a fault. It runs in your browser — nothing you select is sent anywhere.

Nothing ticked is a good sign, not proof. The quickest self-check is one test order compared with what GA4 and your ad platforms recorded.

How to read your result

  1. Nothing ticked is a good sign, not proof. The quickest self-check is one test order compared with what GA4 and your ad platforms recorded.

  2. Any symptom is worth a closer look. Small gaps between platforms are normal; each linked guide explains where normal ends and a real problem starts.

  3. Three or more often share one root cause (a checkout change can break several at once) — or point to separate problems. Either way, it’s worth checking against real orders before you change budgets.

This is a prompt to investigate, not a diagnosis. It cannot see your account; it only reflects the symptoms you reported. A real answer comes from running a test order and reconciling reported conversions against your actual orders.
