How I solve it

What I build

I build the store or funnel and its measurement together, so it opens measured from day one instead of patched later. On a Shopify launch that means the theme, catalogue, digital delivery with a working download path, lead capture connected to your email platform, and a GA4 and Meta foundation ready for paid ads. On a funnel it means the landing, the quiz or form, the booking or checkout step, and the events those steps emit — into Google Ads or Meta, with the data the platforms can actually use. I keep the build honest: a free lead magnet runs through a real $0 checkout so the delivery path is the same one customers use, not a demo.

The process

How it works

6 steps. Scope and a fixed price are agreed before the first one.

  1. Agree the launch scope

store or funnel, products or offer, and the one conversion that matters.

  2. Build the storefront or landing,

including a quiz or form where the funnel needs one.

  3. Wire delivery

digital products with automatic, tested delivery; a real $0 checkout for free offers.

  4. Connect capture and nurture

to your email platform, with orders syncing across.

  5. Add measurement from the start

GA4 and Meta (or Google Ads) with the events the platform needs.

  6. Verify on a test order and a test lead, then hand over

a launch report — and, optionally, keep watching the funnel after launch.

What you get

  • A launched store or funnel built to sell, not a template dropped in place.
  • Delivery that works: digital products with automatic delivery, and a real checkout for free offers.
  • Capture and nurture connected to your email platform, with orders syncing across.
  • Measurement from day one: GA4 and Meta (or Google Ads) with the events the platform needs.
  • A launch report showing what was built and verified with real reads.

  • Kit (ConvertKit) API v4

Before → after

A digital-products brand moved off a hosted product page and launched on Shopify in six days — 16 commits from 24 to 29 April 2026 — with a $0 checkout as the source of truth for the free bundle, automatic PDF delivery, and a GA4 and Meta foundation in place before any ad spend.

Meta Business portfolio, domain verification, Page, ad account, pixel and a linked Instagram account, all checked through the Graph API before any ads run.

His setup with Google Data Studio was absolutely awesome and lets us track all the events in an easy to read format where we can make determinations that matter.

What you can look at

A redrawn launch blueprint — storefront → delivery → email capture → tracking events → ad platform — on synthetic data, plus a checklist from a real launch report. My own Fixel Pixel marketing site was launched the same way: a Next.js site and conversion backend with durable lead capture and a trial-provisioning flow.

Client details anonymised. Figures come from delivery records and launch reports, 2026. I am the founder of Fixel Pixel; its own marketing site is one of the reference builds.

Price and timeline

What it costs and how it runs

A launch with storefront, delivery and measurement is a Custom Engineering Project from USD 1,500, scoped and quoted in writing before the build. If you only need a readiness review before launch day, a Tracking Health Check at USD 395 gives you a written verdict first. Discussing the task is free.

A note from Daniilbefore you decide

When you don’t need this

If you just need a theme and standard apps, that is not this. And if measurement is genuinely not a priority for the launch, say so — I would rather skip the tracking than bolt on events nobody will read. The honest version is that a launch and its measurement are cheaper built together than fixed apart.

Questions

What people ask about this

Can I add tracking after launch instead?

Yes, but it costs more and you lose the first days of ad data. Building it in at launch is the cheaper path.

Do you build the digital delivery too?

Yes. Digital products run through a tested delivery path, and a free offer runs through a real $0 checkout so it works the way a customer's will.

Which email platform do you work with?

Kit (ConvertKit) is one I have wired end to end, including an API audit of forms, tags and sequences. Others are possible.

What about a quiz funnel?

I build the quiz or form and the events it emits, so the ad platform learns from the qualified leads, not raw clicks.

Is this a one-off or ongoing?

The launch is a bounded project. Post-launch monitoring is available if you want it, but it is not required.
