My own app fleet and access tooling
separate apps and coordinated releases provide operational backing. The related provisioning platform is a pilot with an unofficial dashboard adapter; it is not a generally approved distribution service.
Custom Shopify apps, checkout & paymentsOwn product
I engineer separate store apps with a shared release process, explicit access ownership and a tested offboarding path.
Sounds familiar?
How I solve it
I build a store-specific app lifecycle with shared release tooling. Each store has its own configuration and access record. Provisioning, release verification and offboarding are explicit steps. I start from supported Shopify CLI and Dev Dashboard flows and confirm what can be automated before building it.
The process
6 steps. Scope and a fixed price are agreed before the first one.
Confirm the intended distribution route, permissions and ownership.
Define per-store configuration and credential boundaries.
Implement supported provisioning steps, keeping operator steps visible.
Record release state and verify each target against the agreed checks.
Test rollback and store-specific revocation without crossing access boundaries.
Hand over the lifecycle and its unresolved platform questions.

Before → after
My own app fleet provides backing for coordinated releases and separate access. The related provisioning platform remains a pilot. Its dashboard adapter is unofficial, consented and feature-flagged, and the Shopify-terms question is open. This page does not turn that pilot into permission for unsupported automation.

What you can look at
I would prepare a synthetic fleet record showing provisioning, release state and revocation for fictional stores. No client store names, app IDs, credentials or dashboard screenshots are included in this draft.
Own fleet backing; the provisioning platform is a pilot. Its unofficial, consented, feature-flagged dashboard adapter has an open Shopify-terms question. No platform endorsement or permission to automate unsupported steps is claimed.
Price and timeline
A Custom Engineering Project starts from USD 1,500. I quote only after the distribution route and permitted automation scope are clear. A required manual platform step stays in the process and the estimate.

A note from Daniilbefore you decide
If a supported public app already fits, use it. If the intended setup depends on a platform action whose permission is unresolved, settle that question before commissioning automation. A separate custom app is useful when store-specific logic and ownership justify its maintenance.

Questions
No. It is an unofficial pilot adapter, used with consent and behind a feature flag. The Shopify-terms question remains open.
That is part of the proposed lifecycle: store-specific access, ownership records and an offboarding check. I agree the exact revocation path before implementation.
